In the frozen foods section of grocery store are lean cuisine and healthy choice meals.
They are easy to fix – microwave – and taste pretty good.
I use them a lot and always lose weight. Keeping the fat intake down and excercise up helps a lot too.

Eat fresh fruits and veggies with each meal or as a snack (go easy on high calorie dips). Eat lean meats, whole grain breads and cereals, and drink small amounts of skim milk for calcium. Drink lots of water. If you only have a few pounds to lose, switching from whatever it is you drink now to water will help. It is amazing how mancy calories are consumed simply through beverages! A 20 oz bottle of soda, which most people drink in one sitting by themselves, is actually 2 and 1/2 servings! Watch the calorie and fat content on the labels of the foods and beverages you consume and loosing a few pounds should be easy.
Be sure to get moving…whether it’s an exercise routine, walking the dog, or housecleaning.
Good luck!

You can eat the same things you had always only in smaller quantities. You can trick your self putting food in smaller plates. Drink a lot of water and homemade juices. Don’t eat more than a candy per week, don’t drink more than a glass of wine per week. Cut down to the minimum bread (1 slice per day) and fat (2 little spoons of olive oil per day).

Water!
Drink many water!
Each morning when you wake up, drink 2 glasses of water.
It will reduce your appetite, because you will fill your stomach with water. this is also very healthy, because your stomach produce acid during the night, and its really necessery to dilute it in the morning, and give your stomach a massive “wash”.
Also, each time before you eat, drink a couple glasses of water, it will reduce your appetite, and you will eat less.
But, don’t drink after you finish eating, this is very unhealthy.
