go to slimfast .com they can give you a meal plan based on how many calories you are trying to eat per day!

Try some of the food websites. Cooking.com, Foodnetwork.com. Yahoo has a health section which should provide recipes. Weight Watchers.com. You could also try Webmd.com and DrWeil.com. There are tons of recipe books at bookstores. Good Luck !! It’s not that difficult to eat healthy.

the best diet:
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ strawberries or grapefruit.
Snack: boiled egg
Lunch: Mixed salad with grilled chicken ****** (no dressing or a low cal dressing)
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Grilled fish like Tuna. 2 cups of steamed green veggies. 1/2 cup of starchy food like rice, baked potatoe, pasta with nothing on it (no butter!). 1 cup of other veggie like corn or carrots.
Keep your caloric intake to 1500 to 1800 calories a day.
This diet is super boring. But it works!!! It works! Do this for 12 weeks and you’ll be super buff. I promise!
