So I have this Spanish project and I need to do a menu of Latin American dishes one would find in a Latin restauraunt. I must have at least 5 dishes in each catagory. I also need to write under them what they are made of. For example, Arroz con pollo would be a spicy rice dish with roasted chicken or whatever.
I’m not asking for all the dishes, but some suggestions would be nice. So the catagories are:

Appetizers (not salads)
Soups and salads (five together)
Meat/fish dishes
Dairy dishes
Drinks (I’m assuming this means like mixed drinks or Latin juices)
Desserts
Sorry if i misspelled that. My very Polish husband asked me to make golumpkis. I have the cabbage, the hamburger, rice, and tomato sauce and just want tips on how to make them the best. Thanks!
