The hospital I work at has for the first time ever an option for a vegetarian cooking class but it isn’t anything I can fit into my schedual. I need to find a place that has the classes in the evening so ideas please!
I live in Michigan Berrien County to be a little more exact. I am about 4 miles or so north of South Bend Indiana!

one of my best friends is vegetarian and whenever i have parties, i feel bad because she never has anything to eat as a meal, like everyone else, bc its all meat. any suggestions of good meals, appetizers snacks… anything!!?
